Everlasting Omnipresent Peace

                                                               Chanting 18

Thank You Aum.  Thank You Bha.  Thank You Gye Nyame.

Thank You Aum.  Thank You Bha. Thank You Gayathri.

Thank You for revealing to us how to realize Your

Omnipresence by constantly remembering You. Praising and

thanking You and chanting Your Name is one of our spiritual tools.  It is

used as a Mantra to protect, purify, and expand our  consciousness.

We think of You as the Supreme Being of our greatest

understanding, the Source of Infinite Peace.  When we tap

into and start experiencing this Eternal, Omnipresent Peace,

by chanting Your Holy Names, we see that this Peace of Yours

is outside of understanding, while pervading it and

everything else.

We chant Your Holy Names and gradually experience You as

within and beyond over and under, inner and outer, illusion

and reality, and all other dualities.  We think of You as The

Supreme Absolute, Here, Now, within and beyond the

illusions of space and time.

You, who we worship by constantly chanting Your Holy

Names, remember that You are Infinite Divinity, within

and beyond all names, forms, and personalities.  In

ignorance we think You are only the name, form or

personality.  In intelligence and reality, we know You are

living within and beyond the temporary Cosmic

This meditation practice of chanting Your Holy names and

remembering You helps to transform us.  With this

remembrance we evolve from states of material, mental,

intellectual, egoistic and spiritual suffering.

The more we call out Your Name, the more we see how to use

It to ward off wicked thoughts.  While warding off wicked

thoughts, Your Holy Name keeps our consciousness still and

quiet while cleaning it of wicked thoughts, thoughts of lust,

anger, greed, illusion, madness, and envy.

Through the ages, souls such as we have meditated from the

Sixth  Chakra and tuned into Your Awareness.  We have

done this by first keeping the tip of the tongue on the soft

spot at the roof of the back of the mouth.

In the science of Yoga, this Sixth Chakra is  located behind the

eyes and extend to the inside of the back of the head.  The Brains

are contained within this area.

The Seventh Chakra, also known as the Sahasrara and Crown

Chakra, is located near the center of the head almost directly above

the Pineal Gland.  This is the exit to Infinite Awareness, first seen

for some, as a huge lavender colored Lotus flower within inner

 consciousness and awareness.

This Pineal Gland, according to our research, observation, and experience,

is the seat of awareness in the body, and the gateway to the  Crown Chakra,

the exit to Eternal, Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Infinite

We meditate from the Sahasrara by being aware of space, the screen

of consciousness, air coming in and out of the nostrils,  the sound of

Silence, and by being aware of Awareness.  In this way, it is very

difficult for thoughts to enter our awareness and grow in our

When we "Drop" our guard, and thoughts do come on the screen of

consciousness,  consciousness is mistakenly  called "Mind. In

reality, there is no "Mind."  There are only thoughts inside of

Awareness, on the screen of consciousness.

The more the consciousness is quiet and thoughtless, the greater

our experience of the beauty of Everlasting, Omnipresent Peace.

This is our original, natural state of Awareness.

Chanting Your name or names reestablishes us into Your

likeness again by helping us associate with You.  It does this

by helping us to always think of You.  Always thinking of

You is remembering You, the Most Pure.  This is one of the

spiritual  practices we are using to return to knowledge of

Self as Eternal, Pure Awareness.
