     Meditation  4

Thank You Aum.  Thank You Bha.  Thank You Gye Nyame.

Thank You Aum.  Thank You Bha. Thank You Gayatri.

1

We meditate on You as Silence and the Awareness of all.

Focusing from the  Seat of Consciousness, the Pineal

Gland, we as awareness, see and hear the  sound of the

omnipresent, infinite, frequencies of Silence.  If the

consciousness wanders or tries to entertain thoughts that

take  the consciousness away from its focus on You, we

bring it  back to the Sound of Silence and the Awareness

of all.

2

In this meditation practice, we are using Silence and the

Awareness of all just as we use Mantras or breathing

techniques to keep unwanted thoughts out of our

consciousness and focus it on You.  The Supreme

Awareness of consciousness, breathing, space, silence,

and all  stillness, are all meditation techniques and

practices.

3

The consciousness, in Its original pure state, has no

thoughts,  only quietness and bliss,  in union withYou.

You are the Most Pure and Beneficial Source of all.

By meditating on You as Silence and the Awareness

of allwe gradually return to You.  We meditate on

You  as the Most Beneficent  Source  which pervades

and  is eternally transcends all, everything, including

nothing, from whom we have come, to whom we go,

 and within whom we remain.

4

We think of You, we serve You, we concentrate on You, we

meditate on we  serve You as the One and only,  All Pervasive,

Universal Spirit.  We see You pervading and transcending all

images, pictures, and stones. We meditate on You as the Source

of our seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, feeling, smelling, and

knowing.  You pervade and transcend coming and going, and

 going and coming simultaneously.

5

Concentrating, focusing, meditating on Silence and Awareness

means, we observe and listen, similar to the way many of us

listening to music.  If the mind wanders off because of the

attraction of a thought, we bring it back to Silence and

Awareness.   At a certain point, we enjoy being back to

Stillness of Being.  This is one of the ways  we meditate on

You as Silence and Awareness, and return to You, the Most

Brilliant Source of Silence and Awareness.

6

Keeping our consciousness fixed on You by thinking of You,

concentrating on You,  and  meditating on You affords us the

privilege of communing with You again.  We meditate on You

as in everything and everyone.  All are one in You.  We meditate

on You as always everywhere.  Thank You for accepting our

sincere repentance for all the foolishness we did when we were

deep  in the insanity of our fallen state, Maya.

7

When we are in ignorance, we think the body is the Self.  One

of the methods we use to bring consciousness back to Its

original pure state is by meditating on Silence and the

Awareness of all.  To do this, we see the self as awareness

looking out from the center of the head, at the Pineal Gland.

This Gland is linked to the Sahasrara,  the Gateway to You,

Eternal, Infinite Consciousness  and Awareness.

8

We have been suffering because of our own spiritual impurity.

Our consciousness has become contaminated by anger, lust, and

greed.  It can return to the purity of  innocence,  and the wisdom

of a sage, by concentrating and meditating on You

9

All praise to You.  We think of You as Invincible, Infinite

Ocean of Knowledge.  All the Arts and Sciences have their

origin in You. We meditate on You as the Silence. We think

of You,  We concentrate on You, we meditate on You, and

in so doing, we associate with You and our consciousness

is purified illusion, madness, and envy.

10

This spiritual practice of meditating on You gives us association

with You.   Association with You gives us conscious access to

Your Righteous Guidance.  This spiritual practice fixes our

consciousness on You, the Most Pure, the Most Perfect, the

Infinite  Centeredness within and beyond all.  Association

 breeds assimilation.

11

We come to You in the Silence for guidance. You are the

greatest and most dependable One who pervades and

transcends all, including zero, that which is no thing. You

are our Supreme Being who we tap into through  prayer,

study, sacrifice, service, right association, and meditation.

12

We think of You, we  concentrate on You, we meditate on

You as Now, the Absolute Awareness, the Supreme Witness

of  Everything.  This includes Sound, Sight, Silence, Space,

Nothing, and Now.  Within and beyond all names, forms,

and concepts, You are our Greatest Being.

13

The more we regain our spiritual health by associating with

You, the more abundant are our virtues and the greater our

ability to hear You and follow Your Righteous  guidance.  We

concentrate and meditate on You as the  Silence, the Witness

of Silence,  and the Witness of witnessing.

14

We think of You, we concentrate on You, we offer all to You, we

meditate on You as the Supreme Being of  Nature, the Supreme

Love at the foundation of all consciousness, Supernatural in all

 respects.

15

We think of You as the All Mighty, existing as the Source

of the creativity, energy, and intelligence that is manifesting

throughout the universe.  We meditate on You as the Silence,

the  Stillness, and the Supreme Awareness of all, including

the universe.

16

We refine our selves by thinking of You, concentrating on You,

and meditating on You as this consciousness, and You as Its

everlasting Witness,  the Absolute, Silence, the Incomparable.

Thank You for teaching us how to come out of illusion, and stay

out of   it by fixing our consciousness on You

17

We think of You, we concentrate on You as always here,

within and beyond the stillness.  We  meditate  on You  as

the Ultimate Awareness, beyond Your  Supreme  Silence.

18

Thinking of You, concentrating on You, meditating on You

is the way we are attaining cultivation, edification, and

salvation.  This  is true Freedom, Freedom from Maya.
