We know You as smaller than the most subtle
space between vibratory phenomena. That
space, called No-thing, is pervaded and
transcended by You.
6
As we awaken, we begin seeing the Self as the
Knower of the body. It is also known as the
the Soul, permeating and transcending the
body.

You, we gradually conprehend, are the Self
or Divine Intelligence, pervading and
transcending all bodies.
8
You are the Eternal Omnipresent, Omniscient,
and Omnipotence, from which all
manifestations emanate.
9
All comes from You and returns to Your
Omnipresence. Yet, You never change. You are
within changes, but they can never enter or
alter You.

Various spiritual practices offered throughout Our
Word show us how to watch our consciousness,
discriminating among the various thoughts,
selecting only those that are edifying and best
help us experience union with You.

15
We are using mantras, breathing techniques, Raja
Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Karma
Yoga, prayer, study, sacrifice, service, and right
association (associating with those who are
sincerely trying to get back to You).
16
Slowly, we are experiencing the fact that it is getting
easier to control thoughts allowed into our
consciousness the more we engage in these Yoga
practices. They are helping us to be still, be quiet,
and remember You.
17
Thank You for revealing to us spiritual practices
that ward off, and keep out of our consciousness,
divisive unedifying thoughts. These kind of
spiritual practices awaken us to Your Loving
Omnipresence.
